All I can say is “WOW”, nice to have a pool but some days it’s just to hot to even stay out swimming all day. I see lawns all over South Jersey that need water so please rain! I am glad we have AC but our bill sure is huge. The price you pay to stay cool.

This usually meens we setup camp in one of the spare bedrooms and stay up late and watch movies, eat snacks, read etc..
Well last night he decided he wanted to have the campout downstairs on the pull out bed that is in our couch, so we did and let me tell you, it was so much fun! We setup camp around 9pm and were in bed watching some movies and eating snacks until close to midnight. After pulling out the bed I realized how much I needed to vacuum under that area since we haven’t pulled out the bed in a few months. So after some cleaning and picking up old loose change we hit the bed and started our camping.
This was the longest he has slept in, we woke up a little after 9am and definatly are going to do this again, luckily it was the weekend so we could sleep in a bit. But what a fun time. It was a little to cold outside to camp in the tent and I was happy to be inside. In South Jersey our weather right now is nice but it definatly gets chilly overnight. Pumpkin time soon! I still don’t know what my costume will be but I still have enough time to decide. I think I will take the family on a haunted hayride soon, that is always fun. Check back for pictures of it!

I have the solar cover on my pool to keep it from getting to cold and can see leaves falling down like crazy, soon enough I will have the blower out and be blowing and raking leaves. Fall is a great season in South Jersey, the colors make for some great pictures and there are so many places to go to get out into nature its great! I will post a few soon as the leaves start to change color.

This site is long overdue for a new look and I am searching for the perfect theme. So many to choose from I just can’t decide. Maybe I will nap and see if I come up with anything in my sleep! Seriously, wordpress is awesome and there are so many great themes out there I am stuck and just can’t decide. But I must get one since the site has served me well in the past and the sooner it’s back up, the sooner I get paid!

It came down to 2 towns, “Avalon” and “Sea Isle City”. Now I have been to both towns a lot and think they both have awesome beaches but I am not sure if I would call them the best in South Jersey. On my last trip to Wildwood, I was amazed how much it changed since I was a kid when we used to visit regulary. I loved the beach and definatly think it is one of the top beaches in South Jersey. So what do you think? We will be setting up a poll of our own to find out what all you beach goers think, I keep our sister site about south jersey DOT com updated so check us out over there to see more news as I post it. I am back in south jersey after a nice week away!
Virginia Beach sure is great, with the weather being nice and sunny, spent a good amount of time in the ocean. 80 degree water, dolphins swimming right near the shore, its was awesome!
Got some nice Golf in, gained about 15 lbs from all the great food and had a lot of cold brew!
But, its time to get back to work and in south jersey, we are all about work work work, and fun fun fun!!! I guess, at least thats what I think today! Lots of work to be done, I am almost done with our “Artist of the month” page on about south jersey DOT com so be sure to check it out! We are really excited about it!

I don’t mind the hot weather depending on a few factos, can I escape it and go into air conditioning? Do I have somewhere to swim to cool off? If I don’t have at least one then I would really hate the heat, but living in south jersey, I am lucky enough to have a nice pool to swim in and we are about 1 hour from the beech! Well, we are having a great time in Virgina Beach, VA. We left south jersey a few days ago and it’s not a bad drive, five and a half hours, with 2 stops.
We are heading to Sandbridge and going to hang out on the beach, then spend a few nights in Virginia Beach at a nice place overlooking the water! I am also posting to the blog on our sister site about south jersey DOT come visit use here at
